How to get out of bed in the morning: It can be so tough to be a morning person especially when the weather gets colder. We all have heard about the perfect morning routine, but this still requires you to physically get out of bed. Today I’m sharing the two thoughts that make me jump out of bed in the morning.
We’ve all heard that in order to be successful we need to get up early. Also that some of the most successful people in the world do so by getting up early like 4 or 5 am in order to get things done. And I really want to be one of those people some days I’m able to get up at 5:30 but now that it’s dark and cold in the morning and fall is upon us my bed has suddenly felt even more comfortable. Here are the words I repeat to myself that make me literally jump out of bed you ready? No one is coming to save me. I got these words from Mel Robins in her video titled: The hard truth about making your dreams come true.
Especially me being an entrepreneur if I don’t get up and do the work I literally will not be paid. Me realizing that my life is literally in my hands and that if you’re not happy with where you are you are a decision and action away from doing something to change it is so powerful. The fact that when I open my eyes I’m not in my dream home should be enough to get me out of bed but it’s not I literally have to hear Mels voice in my head tell me that No one is coming to save me.
I feel like when you think don’t take ownership of your life and where you are it’s easy to place the blame into other people’s hands. To say oh I’m not where I want to be because of my parents or my family and friends, but when you put down the blame and are honest with yourself everything really falls back on you. But it’s also up to you to change it.

According to helpful guide.org “sleep requirements vary slightly from person to person, most healthy adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best.” So as you probably guessed getting up early first means getting a good night of rest will help you tremendously. Also getting your body in the habit of sleeping and waking up at the same time will allow your body to adjust to getting up early.
