Heyyy! For the month of June I will be on a 30 day Fitness Journey with @imstillrocksolid. Reaching a fitness goal is very similar to reaching your money goals both take a positive mindset, dedication, and hard work. Also consistency to keep going even when you don’t see the results right away.
If you think eating healthy is expensive try being unhealthy and having to pay for so many medical bills and pills. Staying healthy can help you save money on medical bills in the long run, having a good night sleep can make your days so much more productive and when we start to improve one area of our lives like our fitness it inspires us to improve other areas of our lives like our money. Kind of like a domino effect.
